Ciao, welcome to Ciao Bella! We invite you to follow few rules that will help to avoid misunderstandings and will make your and other’s vacation more confortable.
1. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
Direct reservations will be managed only on line on the web site www.ciaobellacinqueterre.com by the the specific section dedicated to Bookings or Contacts. Guests that book by this website can cancel their reservation anytime without incurring penalties. No maximum terms are required and no cost will be charged. We rely on mutual trust and in people’s responsability so, in case you would need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 5 days before your supposed arrival, so we will be able to replace your reservation with someone else’s. In case of early departure no refund will be made.
2. PAYMENT AND TOURISTIC TAX
No advanced payment is required. Guests will pay cash the total amount of their journey directly upon the arrival to the property (no credit or debit card is accepted). City tax costs 1 EUR per person per night for the first three nights. It is not applied for children under 10 years old. It is not included in total price and it will be payed cash directly in hotel.
Ciao Bella is not a hotel facility and there is not a 24/7 reception service. Check in must be agreed with the host who will meet his guests in a different place from the property. It is therefore necessary to inform us about your expected arrival time at least 48 hours before. Going unexpectedly to the house could cause long waitings that cannot be used as claim or refund demand.
At the arrival guests have to show an ID Card so the host can forward all the data to the Polizia Di Stato. Guests will receive the keys of the room, that must be given back at the check out. If lost there will be a 30 Euros penalty for their replacement.
4. CHECK IN – CHECK OUT AND LUGGAGE STORAGE
Check-in is possible between 2 pm and 8 pm. Guests who need to arrive after 8 pm can contact us and book in advance a “late check in” service is at the price of 15 Euros for arrivals before 9 pm and 30 Euros for arrivals before 10 pm. After 10pm no further check-in will be possible. Check out must be done before 10 am.
There is no luggage storage service, either before check-in or after check-out.
Breakfast is included. It will be served every morning from 8.30 am to 10.30 am in a bar close to the building. Guests will have special discounts for lunches and dinners in some restaurants of Riomaggiore.
Cleanings start at 10 am. Common areas will be cleaned every day and the rooms every other day. If the room is occupied, cleanings will be postponed to the day after. Sheets and towels will be changed every other day. On request, an anticipated change is available (3 Euros for towels per person and 5 Euros for sheets).
Any damage caused by guests to the facility, machineries, furniture and supplies must be declared and immediately refunded. We are not responsible for personal or valuable guests’objects unattended left.
8. RULES OF CONDUCT
Please be respectful to other people’s tranquillity, at any time of the day. Access at the house is free at every hour, but please respect silence between 2 pm and 4 pm and from 11 pm to 8 am. We respect the natural environment so we use low energy consumption devices and we recycle domestic waste. We invite you to do the same, to keep the common areas clean and tidy and to turn off the lights whenever you leave the house.
9. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
to throw objects or rubbish in the WC (we recommend a respectful use of the bathroom); to use the washing machine; to use candles, gas stoves and the like inside all the facility; smoking; to bring people that do not house in the apartment; to bring animals; to leave any kind of objects in the hallway or in the common areas; to throw objects from the windows, to take outside every object that is in the rooms, in the bathroom or in the break lounge.
Compliance with this Regulation shall be binding.
